Where do you ship your whiskies and gins?

We currently offer shipping across the United Kingdom and to select international destinations. Please note that due to local alcohol regulations, some countries may have restrictions on imports.

How should I store my Tobermory spirits?

To maintain the integrity of the flavor profile, store your bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Unlike wine, spirits do not mature in the bottle, but exposure to heat can affect the seal and taste.

What is your return policy for damaged items?

We take great care in packaging our bottles, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a full replacement or refund.

Are your products suitable for vegans?

Yes, our core range of Tobermory and Ledaig whiskies, as well as our Tobermory Gin, are suitable for vegans as we do not use any animal-derived fining agents in our distillation process.

Can I track my delivery?

Once your order has been dispatched from the distillery, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey.
